Dermatologist’s Skin Care Advice to Get Rid of Age Spots and Barnacles

What’s the best at-home treatment for age spots?

Brown spots on your body, arms and legs are common with age. There are two types:

  1. Solar lentigines (liver spots or sun spots)
  2. Seborrheic keratosis (age barnacles)

You can use your skin care routine at home to help lighten, soften and prevent these spots. I’ve done it for over 30+ years in my dermatology practice – and I do it myself for my 60+ year old skin. It works. But, you need the right products, used in the right order.

Treat age spots at home before warm weather has you in skin baring clothing. It’s easy.
